Urban Condesa – Design und Komfort

Estadía Condesa Positive: La comunicación estuvo súper buena y fluida siempre. El apartamento estaba limpio, en una buena zona con banco, oxxo y muchas otras opciones de comida cerca! Se sentía muy seguro! Negative: Hay un gimnasio cerca entonces entre semana, el sonido de las pesas cayendo hace mucho eco y te levanta temprano.

Bra läge men lite slitet boende Positive: Nära centrum och i ett lugnt område. Garage och tvättmaskin. Negative: Mycket oväsen från trafik, dåligt med varmvatten, sparsamt med porslin/glas/knivar etc.

Positive: We had a great stay at this venue. The location is conveniently located in an amazing neighbourhood and is perfectly situated for easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was well configured for our group of 3 friends, with one of us taking the bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the other sharing a bedroom with twin beds and a separate bathroom. The sitting area/kitchen gave us some wonderful extra space. Please note that, while quiet side streets abound in the neighbourhood, the sitting room in our unit faced onto a busy main street. This was not an issue for us as the bedrooms were away from the noise, however it would likely have been an issue for anyone using the couch in the main room to sleep. We visited in late May/early June and although there is no central a/c in this building, the nights were pleasantly cool at that time of year and the fan supplied was all we needed to stay comfortable. Supplies (towels, toilet paper) were promptly replenished when we asked.

Positive: location is good, walking distance to parks and cafes. but mind that the building is on a very busy and noisy street - cars honking starting early morning. apartment is spacious. The hosts were very nice about early check in and slightly later check out. Negative: the apartment looks worn out and needs some repair. There's no cleaning products, so we had to buy simple things like laundry detergent, shampoo and sugar by ourselves. the check in process relies on you having internet connection which is not easy with foreign phone operators - took some time to figure it out.
