Positive: Location is good, many places within walking distance. The wooden floors are very comfy. The building is relatively new and well maintained. Negative: Parking is available although it may be difficult to pull the car out every time due to the way the way it's arranged. Zone is noisy, not related to the apartment, but the location itself There is only one comforter, and a boxed sheet, no "normal sheets" Wireless internet is SLOW, really, you need to upgrade your router, speeds were less than 1mpbs.

Positive: the location Negative: the washing machine didn't with, and neither did the oven. the property managers promised a partial refund and after several reminders they still have not done it.

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Positive: Location is amazing. We were close to great restaurants, the metro, and lovely parks. The property was super clean, and communication with the manager was excellent. He responded promptly and was very helpful. Negative: The property is located on a busy street, so it was quite noisy at times. The wi fi is very slow in the front part of the apartment, the living room/kitchen area.

Muy lindo y funcional pero con mucho ruido Positive: Nos gustó la ubicación, el edifico está lindo así como el departamento u la zona en la que está Negative: El ruido no nos dejó dormir nada a nadie, sabemos que no es tema del anfitrión pero eso fue lo único que estuvo fatal

Great value Positive: Super clean and large. The bedrooms were in the back of the large street. Negative: The roads were still noisy in the second bedroom. The front door is also close to other tenants. For the most part you don’t hear them.
