You can find quiet places for the same price
Positive: Location is quite convenient to see Condesa and Roma neighborhoods
Negative: Very very noisy! There is no AC so you have to open the windows and it’s almost impossible to sleep.
Cheapest mattresses, cheapest pillows, hangers from dry cleaning, apartment needs fresh paint.
