Urban Condesa - Design e Comfort

Positive: location is good, walking distance to parks and cafes. but mind that the building is on a very busy and noisy street - cars honking starting early morning. apartment is spacious. The hosts were very nice about early check in and slightly later check out. Negative: the apartment looks worn out and needs some repair. There's no cleaning products, so we had to buy simple things like laundry detergent, shampoo and sugar by ourselves. the check in process relies on you having internet connection which is not easy with foreign phone operators - took some time to figure it out.

Great location for a springboard into Roma/Condesa, but can be loud in the living room area/patio Positive: Amazing location to walk to CDMX's popular neighborhoods. Near two EcoBici stations to easily bike around town. Great food and cocktail bars in the immediate area. The building was easy to access, the keys were easy to get, and the host was helpful with providing detergent for the washing machine. Negative: It's off a very busy street, so the patio can be loud rather than enjoyable, and whoever is sleeping on the sofa bed will surely be awakened by traffic noises and honking outside. It's also next to a gym, and the room we stayed in (403) was sharing a wall, so we were woken up by loud bangs and the entire room shaking multiple mornings around 6am by someone who I can only assume was deadlifting at the gym. I would suggest the host talk with the gym to see if they can move that station to help their guests.

Positive: Es war sehr unkompliziert die Unterkunft und den Besitzer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und mit 2 sauberen Badezimmern ausgestattet. Condesa als Quartier mit vielen Kaffees und Restaurants toll zu erkunden. Negative: Die Unterkunft war für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir haben gebucht und gefragt ob wir zu sechst (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) kommen können und leider nie eine Antwort erhalten. Das Schlafsofa war etwas schmuddelig, nicht bezogen und hatte keine Bettdecke. Zudem von der Strasse und den schlecht isolierten Fenstern viel Lärm im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche war ebenfalls etwas schmutzig und für maximal 4 Personen ausgestattet.

Prima locatie, maar achterstallig onderhoud en veel lawaai. Positive: Condesa is een leuke interessante wijk. De lokatie is dichtbij winkels en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Het was mogelijk om de koffers voor inchecktijd achter te laten. Negative: Veel geluid van het verkeer. Slapen op de slaapbank in de woonkamer was niet te doen door het lawaai. Ook hoor je het geluid van de gewichten die gebruikt worden in de sportschool schuinonder het appartement. Niet schoon, beschadigd stucwerk, toe aan een renovatie.
